Requirements:
- Experience in property or facilities management
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Knowledge of tenant relations and maintenance coordination
Engineers (MEP)
Requirements:
- Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Mechanical works
- Ability to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Experience working in residential and commercial properties
Electrician
Requirements:
- Certified electrician with practical experience
- Knowledge of building electrical installations and safety standards
- Ability to work independently on site
Plumber
